Diversity in your conference

This link explains that only 7.7% of the Scientific community is composed of underrepresented minorities. Every conference, no matter what field, has an interest in branching out to scientists who are underrepresented. This is my conference of choice, and this conference recognizes the importance of diversity in scientific research. I encourage you to find out initiatives for your interested conference for research among diverse minorities.
